How can I make changes to my profile?

You can update your billing, shipping and account profile by logging into your account. CLICK the LOG IN now button in the navigation banner and sign in. 

I somehow managed to lock myself out of my account, please help!

Happens to the best of us! Not to worry. You can click the FORGOT PASSWORD link that appears when you login to your customer account. CLICK the LOG IN now button and then hit FORGOT PASSWORD?

Billing & Shipping

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Soon we will be adding Canada, Mexico, and other countries. Stay tuned!

What are the shipping fees?

We offer FREE shipping within the U.S.

When will I be billed?

You are billed on the 11th of the month. For month to month customers, your ShaggySwag subscription will renew on the 11th of every month, starting the month AFTER you order. For example, If you ordered on the 5th of January, you will receive a box 7-10 days after, and then be auto renewed on the 11th of February and can expect to receive that box in the last week of February. 

When can I expect my box every month?

If this is your first month with us, you can expect to receive your first box within 7-10 business days after your purchase.  For every month after that, you can expect delivery of your box within the last week of the month. 

My box still hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Take a deep breath! We will make sure we figure out what is going on with your box. First thing you should do is to find your email that alerts you that your shipment is en route. Click the tracking code and see if that can answer your question. If you are still having issues, please email us at [email protected] and we will get right on it. 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. 

How do I update my shipping address or payment information?

You can update your shipping address and payment information by logging into your customer account. Click the LOG IN button at the top of the nav bar to enter your customer page.

What types of products can I expect from ShaggySwag and where are they from?

Every month you can expected to receive the highest quality and SWAGGIEST of swag available on the market. At ShaggySwag, we live by the 3 "Cs" and make sure to include these elements in every single box. Convenience, Comfort, and Connection. Typically you can expect to receive 2-3 products of convenience items. Generally, a package of Hypo-Allergenic, 100-percent bio-degradable, cruelty free, all natural grooming wipes and 2-4 bio-degradable rolls of poop bags. Comfort element has 2-3 high quality, eco-friendly, all natural, organic dog toys and 2 all natural and simple ingredient treats from USA or CANADA. Lastly (Yes, we somehow fit this all in one box), we have a one of a kind Connection piece, which can be a number of different category products, all focused on helping you build a more badass bond with your pup. This is a product we think will set us apart (besides offering up to 5 more products than anyone else) from all the other subscription boxes. 

My dog has allergies. Do you offer special boxes for those pups that are a bit more sensitive?

Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer boxes that cater to these more sensitive pups. If your pup has a lot of or abnormal sensitives, reach out to us before hand to see if it makes sense to purchase this product!

How do I update or pause my subscription?

Within your Customer Account page, you can update and pause your subscription. Click LOG IN in the navigation banner and follow the instructions to login and change your subscription information. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

We never want to see you go, but if you ever need to cancel your subscription at any time, please login to your account and click EDIT on your subscription. From here, you will be able to cancel your subscription. 

Gifting

Can I gift ShaggySwag?

Of course! ShaggySwag is the best gift you could give to a dog owner. You can choose between a one-time delivery, a 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month subscription.  If you’d rather have your dog-loving friend choose their own gift details, you can buy them a gift card! You can view and purchase gift cards here. 

What if I am a bad friend and don't know all the details about their dog?

Not to worry, these data fields aren't required. (Although, you probably should know that!). It's the thought that matters. 

Gifting doesn't auto-renew, does it?

When you select GIFT in the USERFLOW, it automatically turns off auto-renewal. You are able to RENEW if you would like to continue to give the best gift on the planet.

What is your return and refund policy?

Products are tested and blessed by our Shaggy employees...so we hope your pup loves them as much as ours! In addition, we only source the highest quality items on the market. If there’s ever an item that doesn’t make your pup’s tail wag with joy, we’ll send a replacement, FREE of charge. To initiate a different item being sent, please contact us at [email protected]
