I have several subscriptions and one time purchases, where can I see this history and manage them?

I don't understand monthly subscription products, can you help me? 

We sure can! Our Monthly Subscriptions are products that you receive and are billied every month for.  Our month-to-month subscription products bill on the 11th of the month. If you select a 3 month prepaid option, you are receiving a discount for buying a 3 month plan upfront. 

I forgot to cancel my subscription(s), can I do that after my renewal has already processed? 

As per our terms of service, you can cancel at anytime, but if you renew any of your subscription(s) on the 11th of any month, you can cancel only for that following month and delivery. 

What if I have more than 1 dog, can I order 2 or more subscriptions at once? 

Yes, you can! Right before checkout, in the pup profile page, you can add another dog before you checkout. Have more than 2 dogs? Yep, we can still handle that! 

I want to take advantage of your Subscriber Discounted Add-ons. Can I buy these and add them to my box? 

Yes, you can! Right before we ship out any of your box deliveries (first time and recurring), we give you access to our discounted subscriber add-on page. From there, you can add items to be delivered in your box. 

What's the difference between you and the other dog subscription boxes out there? 

Great Question! We set out from the beginning to create a monthly experience that fit every dog and dog owner. That is why everything is customizable with our subscription. After you select your Shaggy Plan, you can add on those everyday dog products and super cool one time items at super discounted prices each month. TOTALLY CUSTOMIZABLE. It is up to you and your dog with regards to what you receive in your monthly box. That makes our dog subscription box totally unique. 

Why is my package not here yet? I ordered 2 days ago.

We process orders within 3-5 business days after purchase.  If you have a special order, either with certain allergies or sensitivities, special requests for toys or clothing sizing issues, it can take a little bit longer to make sure we get your order just right. After we process your order, our shipping partners, FedEx + USPS take over. If you selected the 2 day shipping option, you will get your package 2 days after it was processed. If you selected to receive a themed box, it takes up to 2-10 business days from when it was processed. 

Can I track my Package?

Where is my recurring monthly box? It is the middle of the month and I don't have it yet!

We hear you! We know you and your dog are anxiously awaiting you monthly recurring Shaggy delivery; we love the hype! We generally ship in the last week of the month, aiming every month for shipment out the 18th; sometimes earlier due to holidays. We will notify when it is building and make sure to alert you when it ships!

How can I make changes to my profile?

You can update your billing, shipping and account profile by logging into your account. CLICK the LOG IN now button in the navigation banner and sign in.

Happens to the best of us! Not to worry. You can click the FORGOT PASSWORD link that appears when you login to your customer account. CLICK the LOG IN now button and then hit FORGOT PASSWORD? Still can't login? Email us at [email protected]!

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Soon we will be adding Canada, Mexico, and other countries. Stay tuned!

You even ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We sure do, however, it will come via FedEx Pak (Bag) instead of a ShaggySwag Themed Box. And the best part is that it will arrive in 2 days after we ship.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer FREE shipping within the U.S. You can upgrade to 2 day guaranteed delivery via FedEx for an additional $6.99, or our standard (FREE) method of shipping is 3-7 business days via FedEx Smart Post with a ShaggySwag Box. 

When will I be billed?

You are billed on the 11th of the month. ALL YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE BILLED ON THIS DAY. For month to month customers, your ShaggySwag subscription will renew on the 11th of every month, starting the month AFTER you order. For example, If you ordered on the 5th of January, you will receive a box 7-10 days after, and then be auto renewed on the 11th of February and can expect to receive that box in the last week of February. 

Am I be billed every month?

Great question and actually one we receive often (see Top Questions above) All of our subscription products (Base Box + Add-ons) are RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION products. Meaning Yes, if you have purchase these products, you will be billed on the 11th of every month.

When can I expect my box every month?

If this is your first month with us, you can expect to receive your first box within 3-10 business days after your purchase depending on which shipping method you chose.  For every month after that, you can expect delivery of your box within the last week of the month. 

My box still hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Take a deep breath! We will make sure we figure out what is going on with your box. First thing you should do is to find your email that alerts you that your shipment is en route. Click the tracking code and see if that can answer your question. If you are still having issues, please email us at [email protected] and we will get right on it. 

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. 

How do I update my shipping address or payment information?

You can update your shipping address and payment information by logging into your customer account. Click the LOG IN button at the top of the nav bar to enter your customer page.

What types of products can I expect from ShaggySwag and where are they from?

Every month you can expect to receive the following depending on the base box you selected: ShaggySwag, 2 Light Chewer Toys, 2 bags of Treats, 1 Chew. ShaggyShredder, 2 Heavy Chewer Toys, 2 Bags of Treats, 1 Chew. ShaggyStyle: 1 ShaggyOutfit, 1 bag of Treats, 1 Lite Chewer Toy. 

Why do you have so many options of boxes and add-ons?

We pride ourselves on having a BOX FOR EVERY TYPE OF DOG AND DOG OWNER. That is why we want to give as many options as possible for the dog owner. You Shaggy delivery will bring you exactly what is on your and your dog's wish list, every month. 

My dog has allergies/sensitive stomach. Do you offer special boxes for those pups that are a bit more sensitive?

Yes. If you let us know what type of allergies or sensitivities, we will do our absolute best to make sure we don't send you anything with those allergies listed. If your dog has MANY allergies, we recommend that you select the ALL TOYS option within the Tell Us About Your Pup user step. 

How do I update or pause my subscription?

Within your Customer Account page, you can update and pause your subscription. Click LOG IN in the navigation banner and follow the instructions to login and change your subscription information. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

We never want to see you go, but if you ever need to cancel your subscription at any time, please login to your account and click EDIT on your subscription. From here, you will be able to cancel your subscription. 


Can I gift ShaggySwag?

Of course! ShaggySwag is the best gift you could give to a dog owner. All you have to do is click GIVE AS A GIFT in checkout. 

What if I am a bad friend and don't know all the details about their dog?

Not to worry, these data fields aren't required. (Although, you probably should know that!). It's the thought that matters. 

Gifting doesn't auto-renew, does it?

When you select GIFT in checkout, it automatically turns off auto-renewal. You are able to RENEW if you would like to continue to give the best gift on the planet.

What is your return and replacement policy?

Products are tested and blessed by our Shaggy we hope your pup loves them as much as ours! In addition, we only source the highest quality items on the market.
